We aim to process all orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. You will receive notification by email that your order has been received and shipped.
Please ensure that our email address is added to your ‘safe list’ and not filtered by spam/junk filters.
Orders received by 11AM PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 11AM PST will ship the following business day.

We want to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Therefore, all orders have a Flat-Rate shipping fee of $5.99 no matter where you live in continental USA or how much your order weight.
Free Shipping on Orders $49+
Order $49 or more and shipping is on us! We will ship your order via Ground to the contiguous US. This offer is not valid for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Most shipments will be delivered within 2-5 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery. We deliver Monday to Friday.
You can upgrade to an Express 2nd Day option for $30.00
We unfortunately don't ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to APO / FPO / DPO or PO box addresses.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we will send you an e-mail notification with tracking information for your shipment.
We know you'll love our products and we want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not, let us know. We will quickly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price within fifteen (15) days of delivery date. It's that simple.
You have the right to cancel your order and return the Products ordered within fifteen (15) days from delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible after your receipt of the Products. Only unopened items will qualify for refunds. You can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Support Team will answer you within one business day Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm PST, excluding US Holidays.
A refund for the price of the item(s) and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by us. Please note that if you cancel your order and return the products, you will be responsible for shipping charges of the products back to us.
